Our Mission
Our organization's mission is to uplift disadvantaged communities by leveraging data
insights and implementing targeted interventions, creating pathways for socioeconomic
progress and community well-being.
What Specific Activities We Conduct
At the heart of our work is the gathering, analysis, and use of community-level data to drive decision-making and to develop initiatives at the community level, with the full participation of community residents and other community stakeholders. The gathering and use of community-level data is important for several reasons as outlined below.
We provide technical assistance and other support to individuals and communities with significant health disparities and disproportionate rates of crime and violence.
